Registering for the Practice Exam:

You can register for the practice exam using your Webassessor account, and take it when you feel you are ready to take the certification exam. Go to Log in with your Webassessor account details (these are NOT linked with your salesforce login). Unsure how to create a webassessor login? Go here.

Log in to Webassessor:
Click Register for an Exam
Go to the Certified Practice Tests section.
Click + to expand on the section.
Locate the product with “Salesforce Administrator Certification Practice Test” in the title and click the Register button. The Total Price will appear as USD 20.00.

Copy and paste your practice exam voucher code in the Coupon/Voucher/Coupon Code field and click Submit. The Total Price should change to USD 0.00

Click Check Out. You will see a confirmation screen.

Click Done. An email confirming your registration will be sent to you. This email is your receipt.


Taking the Practice Exam:

Now you can launch the exam from your Webassessor home page, or take it at a later time. The following steps take you through to practice exam completion:

  1. Log in to Webassessor.
  2. Click Launch to launch the exam.
  3. Read the Test Taker Instructions
  4. Agree to the terms of the test
  5. Once you start the test, you will see a screen showing you the time remaining to complete the practice exam. If the test is not completed within the allocated time, the voucher will be consumed, and will be expired.
  6. When you get to the end of the exam, you are able to review questions to ensure you have re-reviewed anything you want to re-check, or skipped over.
  7. When you are ready to submit your exam, you will get a final reminder.
  8. On completion, your test transcript will be available in your Webassessor account. This will identify training areas you may want to revisit before registering for the actual certification exam.

NOTE: Exam vouchers are valid for on-site exams only. If you don't pass your exam, you can sign up for a retake. Please note that retakes will be offered on a first-come first-served basis based on availability. We recommend that you take advantage of the multiple exam sessions offered on the Certification Day and give it another try onsite. You will have up to thirty-days to use your retake voucher(s).

REMINDER: We are offering three exam Sessions on Certification Day (we’ve never done this before!), so you can plan to take one exam and a retake if necessaryor plan to sign up for two exams + one retake. You get the gist. Mix and match as you see fit, and remember your retake voucher will be valid for thirty-days after the event.
